A big goal for this game was to create an intuitive gesture-based control system that best suited the new iPad platform.
Upon release, Superfugu shot to #3 on the iPad game charts as a free title and was later ported to iPhone as a premium game.
The game includes a sweet, non-verbal short story presented across 5 pre-rendered cutscenes by acclaimed animation director Andy Jones
Everything in Superfugu is modeled after real world ocean habitats and creatures. We worked with world-renowned marine biologist Sylvia Earle to ensure sea creatures and environments were true-to-life and include educational info in the game.
